Irish National Cattle Farmer Survey

We are conducting a Irish-wide survey to establish statistics on calf pneumonia and sexed semen. Specifically, attitudes and approaches to calf health, including management techniques, vaccination and treatment of respiratory disease, and prevalence and attitudes to planned breeding strategies.

The aim of the survey is to:
• Collate information on calf pneumonia incidence across Ireland
• Garner attitudes to calf health, specifically respiratory disease
• Understand farmer's attitudes to disease prevention and management, including vaccination, treatment of respiratory diseases (antibiotic use) and current practice on preventing calf diseases

As a thank you for submitting the survey we will randomly select 10 farmers who have completed the survey and send them a free Cosy Calf jacket.

So please take a few minutes to complete the survey online.

The closing date is: 7th October 2017
